Yes, it was a ironic little joke for the title. Silly, ain't it?
Well, here's my lightbulb people. I made two since two lightbulbs died. Lawls.
The bodies are made out of this aluminum wire, very easy and very fun. I made me Joker necklace out of it. Lightbulbs were painted with arcylic so they could have more whiteness to them. I don't know.
There is a story behind it. I'm going to draw faces on (robots actually) so it'll be a little more clear. But here we go.
So many people have been shot down as artists. They aren't good enough, they don't think they are, and other reasons. These peoples, these lost artists, become robots to the cooprate world and don't know how to make thier creative light go on. (Hint: lightbulbs) The wire is basically like thier circuits, and it never fully hooks up to the lightbulb, it just sits there, so it's like they have lost thier spark.
This is basically artists who have lost thier identity and became robots.
So, even if someone isn't the greatest of artists, doesn't mean they arn't. Everything is art, even scribbles. So when people say they suck, encourage them. I know I would have gave up years ago if I didn't want to improve myself. A lot of people around me I thought drew so much better and I wanted to be like them. But as I grew, and I transformed art I guess you could say, I was the one being idolized. It's a totally different story when someone loves your art.
You don't know how to act. You feel happy, and yet...in a sense...you feel a little sad. Or at least to me. I've always looked up to people, so when they say I'm better than them, it's like I've reached the peak and now I'm stuck. There isn't anymore climbing, so adventure, so fun.
So, when you see someone awe your work, make them feel the same. Encourage them to practice, and keep at it. Cause heck, I had some pretty BAD drawings as a child, so look at me now...I made these things, which I never thought I would have!

They are actually models. You can move them around. I can see how they look 2D.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
